Big Island, Maui move into soccer rotation

HONOLULU — In a sudden change of heart, the Hawaii Interscholastic Athletic Directors Association voted Friday to approve a proposal that will bring Hawaii High School Athletic Association state soccer tournaments to either Maui or the Big Island every third year.
