National Volunteer Week began with the Third Annual Join Hands Fair, on April 17, on Center Stage at Queen Kaahumanu Center. As part of the celebration, the County of Maui Volunteer Center (VC) held its Second Annual Volunteer Recognition Awards ceremony by Celebrating People in Action.
