Maui Prince becomes Makena Beach Hotel with New Contract and Management (The Maui News)

MAKENA West Maui: Benchmark Hospitality International and the ILWU have negotiated a new contract for all the staff at Maui Prince Hotel which becomes the Makena Beach Hotel at midnight tonight when Benchmark Hospitality takes over management from Prince Resorts Hawaii.
